      廣鵬科技(ADDtek Corp.)推出85V至265V交流電全電壓輸入範圍、可驅動高功率LED、具多重保護機制的LED照明控制IC – A704，為快速成長的全球照明用LED驅動市場需求提供簡單高效率的解決方案。已經被韓國與中國的燈具廠廣泛地使用在LED日光燈管、LED燈泡等應用，並通過多項國際認證機構之認證。

A704採用非隔離型高端降壓式控制架構，以固定操作頻率來降低干擾。廣鵬科技創新專利的輔助電源及負載故障保護技術，除了提高整體效率、降低IC本體溫度以外，更提供輸出過電壓保護、輸出短路保護等多重保護機制，可提高系統運作時的穩定性與安全性。

A704的最大可驅動電流由外部電晶體規格決定，實際LED驅動電流則由一電阻設定。30uA超低啟動電流，可降低系統功率消耗提高效率。欠壓鎖定保護(UVLO)電路在多顆LED發生短路、或是輸出級發生異常短路時，使IC停止工作，直至異常短路狀況被排除，以避免IC溫度升高；過熱保護電路會在IC溫度過高時，觸發過熱保護機制並關閉整個驅動電路以避免燒毀，當溫度下降後，會自動重新啟動並輸出電流。

      廣鵬科技(ADDtek Corp.)推出可驅動80顆LED、效率高達93%的八通道、恒電流LED背光源驅動IC – A723。4.5V至25V的寬輸入電壓範圍，能配合各種電源驅動18 ~ 80顆LED產生均勻亮度。同系列的產品 – 六通道的A706與三通道的A707 – 已經被韓國與臺灣的面板大廠廣泛地使用在Netbook PC與Notebook PC的LED背光源上，A723聚焦在較大尺寸Notebook PC與Monitor之LED背光應用。

廣鵬科技的A706/A707/A723系列是由一內建高壓開關的升壓驅動器核心以及多通道恒流源組成，並以電壓回授機制促使驅動IC隨時工作在最佳效率模式，不但能彌補LED順向電壓(VF)的差異，更能因應LED順向電壓跟隨溫度之改變、即時調整輸出電壓，使驅動IC工作維持在高效率。由使用者以外部電阻設定電流大小的多通道恒流源設計，能使各個LED串之間的電流一致，消除LED串之間的亮度差異，是一個能提供亮度極為均勻的背光源解決方案。該系列IC可使用脈衝波寬調變(PWM)的方式進行調光，調光頻率在100Hz ~ 25KHz範圍內時，可提供很好的線性度，更可達成超過256階的調光。時間差開關機制，錯開各通道電流的導通與關閉時間，能降低PWM調光所產生的干擾。

A706/A707/A723系列IC內建有廣鵬科技創新專利技術的多重保護機制：LED開路保護電路能使其他未發生LED開路狀況的通道維持正常工作，避免背光源完全熄滅；過電壓保護電路可使驅動IC及週邊元件免於過電壓損壞，並可由使用者根據週邊元件耐壓自行設定過壓保護點，進而降低輸出級電容之成本；過電流保護電路可保護驅動IC及週邊元件免於過電流損壞；過熱保護電路會在LED短路損壞的顆數過多時，觸發過熱保護機制並關閉整個驅動電路以避免燒毀，當溫度下降後，會自動重新啟動並輸出電流；其他保護電路如欠壓鎖定保護(UVLO)等，更能提高運作時的穩定性與安全性。其他資訊請至廣鵬科技網頁查詢。

A702 is an adjustable constant current driver for LED applications. Six regulated current ports are designed to provide uniform and pure DC constant current sinks for driving LEDs within a large range V F variations. Users may adjust the output current from 5mA to 40mA through an external resistor that gives user flexibility in controlling the light intensity of LEDs. The wide supply voltage range of 6V~50V is suitable for various applications and the output sustaining voltage of 75V makes it capable of driving up to 35pcs of LED in series. The very thin package of QFN -3 × 3 is especially suitable in LED backlight applications.
